Forces Children Scotland Launches Nationwide Recruitment Campaign for New CEO
Forces Children Scotland, a leading charity dedicated to supporting children and young people from armed forces communities, has launched a nationwide recruitment campaign to find a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer.
This pivotal role will drive the organisation’s mission to empower and improve the lives of over 13,000 children from armed forces communities across Scotland. The new CEO will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Forces Children Scotland by co-developing a new three-year strategic vision together with beneficiaries and wider stakeholders. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, and build sustainable growth.
They will be responsible for enhancing the charity’s profile, securing funding, and ensuring the effective delivery of projects and services that make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Working in partnership with Aspen People and Beyond HR to deliver the recruitment process, candidates are asked to submit their CV and covering letter by 5pm on Friday 23 August 2024.
